1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Turbo IT Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at turboitsolutionsfl.com and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Turbo IT Solutions provides information technology services including but not limited to: AI workflow automation, cloud infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity services, DevSecOps pipeline engineering, managed IT support, and strategic IT advisory consulting. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work executed between the Company and the client.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and access information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of our Services
• Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Turbo IT Solutions, LLC or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission. Custom work product developed for clients is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of two (2) years unless otherwise specified in a separate non-disclosure agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turbo IT Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Specific service level agreements (SLAs) may be established in individual service contracts.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turbo IT Solutions, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Specific termination provisions for ongoing services are defined in individual service agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
